Deposition and statement, April 1815.

Deposition and draft deposition of Obediah Huse, resident of Weare, New Hampshire, dated April 1815 and recorded by Philip Greeley, justice of the peace of Hillsborough Co., New Hampshire. Taken at the request of David Jewett of Newbury, Massachusetts, it pertains to a debt owed to Alexander Hill (deceased) by Enoch Huse of Boston, and was to be used in a probate case. Folder also includes an undated, draft of a statement by the creditors of Obediah Huse and his uncle Thomas Huse, referring to a charge of forgery against Obediah Huse.
